Third-party insurance and written permission to fly over campus.

Yellow zoneNeeds permission from air traffic control.
Red zoneNeeds permission from the central government.
Today every flight stays within sight of a pilot or an observer. Flying beyond line of sight needs its own approval, earned with a safety record.
